CONSCIOUS HORSE CONSCIOUS RIDER Class – CHCR Class

CHCR Class is meant for anyone, who wants to change different fields in our lives, with horses.

Class will be led by Hanne Stigaard, CHCR facilitator from Denmark. You can read more about her and her work in the following text.

CHCR techniques will help you change what isn’t working for you. Horses will provide you with a great package of tools, to create what you have always known is possible. Horses don’t judge you, they expect your total presence and they encourage you to have better relationships with everyone around you. The connection that you create with a horse has nothing to do with owning or riding a horse. It is special, it is something greater than anyone has ever been able to speak about.

CHCR was invented by Garry Douglas, who uses special tools and techniques to facilitate change in any area of life.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN DURING THE CHCR CLASS?

• Learn and run hands on body processes – to increase flexibility, to ease pain/tension and to help the body to heal.
• Learn how to communicate with horses energetically.
• Energetic body processes – to promote health and healing for the horse,
• We will switch between theory and practical work.
• We will not be teaching riding techniques, but we will try to facilitate & clear any issues people may have with their horse or riding.

WHO CAN SIGN IN?

• People who want to grow and learn something about horses and themselves and
• horse owners, people who just likes horses, people who are afraid of horses.

Attendees will receive a manual with all the important information that we learned during the class and a CHCR certificate.

Hanne is a  Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider Certified Facilitator. She travels around the world teaching the Access Consciousness Tools and Processes for people and horses. She is a mother of three children, born in a ”little green fairytale country” called Denmark.

When she was seeking solutions for her ill daughter, she came across Access Consciousness tools which changed her life  dramatically, in a good way. Access Consiousness tools helped her daughter to improve her health. She can now say that this tools actually work.
